Brian is case-sensitive. Whenever his wife, boss, kids, or friends, bring up a sensitive topic, Brian makes a case for why there's a problem because he thinks they think he's to blame. This time, he told his son that he was grateful he was alive and that he would go to court with his son to support him in fighting the ticket. That's all.
